Challenges
Scalability: As the university grew and more courses were added, scalability was a major factor to consider in creating this courses, therefore a unique content management system was created to allow for easy updates and expanded course repertoire without sacrificing the user experience.
Adaptive Learning Paths: Different learners may have a varying level of prior knowledge and learning speeds in the subject matter, therefore adaptive learning methodologies were applied to both the courses themselves and the frameworks I built so as to create a personalized learning experienced, which used a complex point-based system.

Continuous Improvement and Feedback Loops Gathering user feedback continuously and using it to improve the course can be hard to implement effectively was a top priority for this course, therefore I worked with our expert anthropologist to establish regular feedback mechanisms, such as surveys and user testing sessions, allowing for iterative improvements based on learner experiences.
Integration of Industry Trends: Keeping course material up-to-date with rapidly changing industry trends can be overwhelming, therefore I created a system for regularly updating course content based on recent research, case studies, and industry insights to keep learners informed and relevant.
